About this event:
Motiv8 is a three week programme to support people who are recovering from mental health problems and need some extra help to start practical work on their recovery goals.
You will have the chance to work in a small group to choose, plan and try out activities to support your recovery. You will be supported by people who have their own experience of finding motivation again.
